All exhibit a sort of effortless beauty, and seem to be the sort of images that beautify effort, so that all is being lost and found simultaneously. "If, as William Blake says, 'The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom' then the traffic on that road must be excessively slow. So welcome, O excessive one--you are finally here! '"
